I registered the trademark once. Is it guaranteed forever?

It isn't automatically forever. A trademark registration is valid for a period and then needs to be renewed, always in the final year of validity. If you forget, there's still a short extra window, with an additional fee; beyond that, you lose the protection and even the right to the name.
