I registered the trademark once. Is it guaranteed forever?

⚠️ Rules, prices and deadlines may change. Confirm today's values with the TF Con team.

It isn't automatically forever. A trademark registration is valid for a period and then needs to be renewed, always in the final year of validity. If you forget, there's still a short extra window, with an additional fee; beyond that, you lose the protection and even the right to the name. Since these deadlines are INPI's rules, confirm the current dates with your accountant at TF Con. We help you not let this date slip by and lose what you've already earned.
