I made a sale and my customer asked for an invoice. How does it work with you in practice?

It's simple: you let us know about the sale and we issue it. If it's a product, we issue an NF-e (electronic invoice for goods). If it's a service, we issue an NFS-e (electronic invoice for services). TF Con handles the issuance so you don't waste time with the city hall or Sefaz (state tax authority) systems.
