I made a sale and my customer asked for an invoice. How does it work with you in practice?

It's simple: you let us know about the sale and we issue it. If it's a product, we issue an NF-e (electronic invoice for goods). If it's a service, we issue an NFS-e (electronic invoice for services). TF Con handles the issuance so you don't waste time with the city hall or Sefaz (state tax authority) systems. You just give us the customer's details and what was sold. The document comes back ready to send. That's the idea: you focus on selling, we handle the paperwork.

What's the difference between NF-e and NFS-e? I always get confused. I forgot to pay a tax and it's already overdue. Is it the end of the world? Is there something to file every month? How do you notify me? Do I need to issue invoices even if I sell very little per month?
