A vendor offered me an A1 and an A3 certificate. Which one should I pick?

It depends on how you work, but most of our clients go with the A1. The A1 is a file. It stays installed on your computer or in the cloud and runs on its own, without you plugging in anything. It's great for automating invoices. The A3 lives on a card or token, that special device that looks like a flash drive. It gives you more physical control, but you have to plug it in every time.
