I'm Brazilian and I want a foreign investor partner. Does that change my taxes?

It does change some things, yes. Having a partner or capital from abroad requires registering this inflow of money with the Central Bank. This matters when sending profit abroad later on. The company's tax regime and day-to-day taxes may stay normal, but sending profit abroad has become subject to withholding tax at the source. Since 2026, the distribution of profits and dividends abroad has its own withholding, in addition to registration with the Central Bank. TF Con organizes these registrations from the start so you don't get headaches down the road. The rate for sending money abroad changes according to the rule, so confirm the current amount with the TF Con accountant.
