Does legally paying less tax really exist, or is it always a trap that causes trouble later?

It exists and it has a name: tax avoidance (elisão fiscal). It means using the rules in your favor, all within the law. It's very different from tax evasion, which is a crime and brings heavy fines. Planning means choosing the best tax regime, the right pro-labore (owner's salary), and the right activity. Nothing hidden. TF Con only works this way, with savings that hold up under any audit. If someone promises zero tax by some miracle, be suspicious. Real savings come from careful accounting, not from shortcuts.
